Robert was hired in August 1991.  By January 1992 he was elected Treasurer and by 1993, President, a position he continues to serve.  Robert's dedication and personal work ethics have benefited the local in many ways.  Under his leadership the Local has seen progressive changes in contract language, wages, benefits and working conditions.  Robert has been a strong advocate for firefighters and has the tenacity to pursue difficult issues to successful resolve.

Robert negotiated the third contract for this Local.  He is our regular delegate to the WSCFF and IAFF Conventions and attends numerous training events to remain prepared.  He is active on the fire department's Future Planning Committee, Labor Management Committee, Healthcare Committee as well as the Local's Good & Welfare and Political Action committees.

Elected as Vice President January 2007.  This is VP Glassies first elected office with Local 3152.

Elected as Secretary in 2006.  Secretary Wolverton has held office of treasurer with the local at various times.  He has participated in contract committee and grievance committee.

Elected to office in January 2010.
